This is to ensure that all rights reserved by law to <em><strong><span style=\"color: #005588;\">individuals involved in the reported matter are upheld<\/span><\/strong><\/em>.<br \/>\nThe reporting channel adopts cutting-edge technical and organizational security measures aimed at <span style=\"color: #005588;\"><em><strong>ensuring the protection of personal data and the confidentiality<\/strong><\/em><\/span> of the identity of the reporting person, the involved individual, and anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and any attached documentation.<br \/>\nAll information regarding the channel, procedures, and requirements for making a report\u2014whether internal or external\u2014is made available in documents titled &#8220;<em><strong><span style=\"color: #005588;\">Whistleblowing Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/em>&#8221; and &#8220;<em><strong><span style=\"color: #005588;\">Charter of Rights on Whistleblowing<\/span><\/strong><\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whistleblowing is the legal framework designed to safeguard individuals who report or publicly disclose information about violations acquired within the scope of their employment context.
